Yes, we do maintain the shared backup on server, but there is no possibilities your backup will be there on server all time as the backups are paid service.
The client need to sign up backup policy as per the size(data of site) he has, details can be viewed at https://dollar2host.com/backup-policy.html.
We maintain a daily and weekly backup only if the client signup for the backup policy.
