Login to your Plesk panel and select the “Databases” option.
Click the “Import Dump” option under the database you wish to restore.

Select the backup file of it from your plesk files if you have the backup file of database already uploaded in your plesk or select the option “upload(choose file)” to upload backup file from your local machine.Click OK to proceed restoring it.
