How to verify if SPF/DKIM records are configured correctly for the emails

Login into cPanel account and locate the option “Email Deliverability”

The list of all domains/subdomains will be listed and if there will be issue with DKIM & SPF you will see the yellow message as “Problems Exist (DKIM and SPF)” in front of the domain/subdomain name.

Click on the Manage and then for DKIM, click on “Install the Suggested Records” and then again click on the “Install the Suggested Records” option. Wait for some time while DKIM records are being corrected.

Repeat the same steps for SPF records correction as well.
