Follow below steps to activate WordPress  Plugins  through WP admin dashboard

1.Access the WordPress admin dashboard by logging in.

2. Select “Plugins” from the menu.

3. Find the plugin you want to activate.

4. Select ” activate ” from the menu.

5. To confirm, click the ” activate ” button once more.
